We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However, if you still want to swap your pairs for another size, please write to us at heritagewalkofficial03@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. You can ship the pair back to our postal address within 7 days of delivery date. We will dispatch the replacement once the pair is received back at our location and its inspected by our team.
As a company, we do not provide refund/cancellation on any product sold. Once the pair is sold, it can be exchanged for replacement.
The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value.
Please note, an unboxing video is mandatory for exchange of pairs for manufacturing defect.
Pairs bought on SALE price will not be exchanged or returned.
For International Customers : We do not exchange or return because of the logistical issues.

- Shipping: Once approved, securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the item is defective.
